In the late 1970s I had the pleasure to team up with Sheikh Mohamed Salad Eit (Mevlana Sufi) who invited me to support his Dhikr ceremonies all over Germany as a ceremonial drummer. In the following years I experienced the power of breathing, dancing, body rhythms and also the hypnotizing support of the Daf.
The Eckermann Daf frame drums are crafted by me according to individual specifications.
